OverviewInside Sales (Italian Speaking) - (f/m/d) relocation in MunichAt AlfaDocs, we're on a mission to transform healthcare. Our software platform makes the daily lives of medical practices and patients easier by streamlining practice management and patient relationships. With our all-in-one, cloud-based solution, healthcare professionals can focus more on care and less on administration. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities and will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures. You will report to your Team Lead and work closely with our SDR team who will support you in the initial outreach to prospects. You will also collaborate on cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal.
Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals.

Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs' ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end—from lead qualification to deal closure.
Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects toward a successful buying decision.
A consultative and value-driven approach, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships based on active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to different customer profiles and tones.
Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions by recommending relevant modules and services.
Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
Fluency in Italian (native level) to communicate with customers, and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal communication.
Administrative Info
Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
Salary range: 35-37k fixed salary + 12k base commission (no cap)
Location: AlfaDocs GmbH Dachauer Strasse, 17 80335 Monaco di Baviera
Office Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
Trial Period: 6 months
Start Date: Starting October/November 2025
