Responsibilities

Project admin activities (orders to supplier, invoicing to customers, etc), through SAP system
Service admin activities (quote repair preparation, internal orders for spares, invoicing to customers, etc), through SAP system.
Customer support, orders placed, availability of components, track customer's order.
To elaborate and prepare specific statistics for the Service and Project manager.
To have frequently communication with project suppliers

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in similar backgrounds is consider an advantage.
Experience from companies based on admin / marketing activities, experience in a Maintenance Service is a plus
SAP knowledge, usage is consider a PLUS for the position.
Knowledge in Industrial technology
English at the good level; Fluent Italian
Tenacity, autonomy and personal organization and initiative
Sense of internal and external commitment, sense of responsibility
