Important multinational company operating in the biomedical sector.Offer:Responsibilities:Manage research projects to contribute to a pipeline of innovation for future growth through innovative products.Collaborate with external and internal partners.Apply for public funding.Plan and budget research projects.Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams to find novel solutions aligned with company strategies.Follow-up and steer projects.Prepare project results for company decision-making.Manage intellectual property (IP) functions:Coordinate new patent application processes, including prosecution.Coordinate freedom to operate (FTO) analysis for new products.Conduct competitor IP monitoring (searching, analyzing, reporting).Manage innovation ideas:Evaluate new innovation ideas for decision-making according to company processes.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external professionals such as consultants, university researchers, or clinicians.The role will collaborate with:Product teams.Occasional collaboration:QARAOperationsExperience:PhD (or at least MSc) in biomedical engineering, physics, optics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or related fields.Basic IT knowledge:Microsoft Office tools.Preferential knowledge of Jira and Greip, but not essential.Specific competencies:Scientific research.Project management.Basic understanding of IPR and patenting.Skills:Proactive and energetic.Ability to tolerate uncertainty and quickly learn new information.Ability to identify key information and summarize knowledge effectively.Active and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse backgrounds.Location: Vigonza (PD).Type: Permanent contract.Job code: J-18808-Ljbffr
