Tempor S.p.A. is seeking a process engineer to work in the chemical industry. After an initial training period, the engineer will report to the Production Plant Manager and be responsible for:Conducting continuous improvement processesDeveloping quality checklists to ensure process and product qualityMonitoring and reporting productivity and quality indicators, attending daily departmental meetingsPromoting lean methodologiesResearching and recommending equipment and tools to ensure safe, ergonomic, and high-quality workIdentifying and eliminating waste to focus on value-added activities and reduce production timesProposing product improvementsCreating detailed procedures for critical quality and safety aspectsCollaborating with the technical laboratory for qualitative and quantitative supply managementThe ideal candidate will have:A degree in materials engineering, chemistry, or a related fieldExperience in production and/or technology, gained in modern, complex industrial contextsGood knowledge of Excel, Office package, and main computer systemsOperational autonomy and good relational and communication skillsStrong team-oriented mindset and coordination abilityGood English language knowledgeThis is a full-time position with a permanent contract, requiring a Master's degree or equivalent. The seniority level is Mid-Senior.
