Role Purpose
The AlinIQ Informatics Technical Specialist is a client-facing technical expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AlinIQ Digital Health applications. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and critical thinking to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Provide feedback for product enhancements based on customer insights.
Foster a culture of high customer service and satisfaction.
Operational Responsibilities
Execute project work plans with a focus on timely delivery and risk mitigation.
Configure and integrate AlinIQ products according to customer specifications.
Deliver training and provide ongoing customer support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and systems of record.
Participate actively in team and customer meetings.
Be available for shift work and travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in installing, configuring, or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and technologies.
Experience with laboratory information systems, middleware, analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems.
Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting laboratory informatics systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like MS Project or SmartSheet.
