Maintain relations with family doctors, health districts and local operators for patient assignment in collaboration with the planning area.Handle clinical/health-related phone calls and ASL applications (where present).Perform activities on behalf of the Coordinator (e.g., managing/delivering medical materials, archiving, training new operators on applications and tools).Contribute to the management phase of relationships with health operators.ResponsibilitiesErogazione del servizio domiciliare: guarantee assignment of assistive activities to operators; provide telephone support to patients, caregivers, etc.; ensure proper use of materials and devices provided by Medicasa to operators; monitor clinical outcomes, health data, periodic reports, documentation, using the computerized Medical Record and other available applications.Centrale Operativa: participate in Team meetings held in the Operations Centre; prepare and verify routine health reports and the clinical documentation attached to the computerized medical record.Formazione: ensure ongoing professional development with ECM credits as required by national regulations; participate in training courses organized by Medicasa.Are you a MATCH?
