Reliability, precision, excellent relationship skills with institutional interlocutors, organizational abilities, and teamworking skills are essential.Activities:Within security offices, perform assigned activities related to the handling and management of classified documents and materials.Manage the updating of accounting records for classified documents under their responsibility and the personnel authorization list.Prepare and issue internal normative documentation for the implementation of security and classified information protection provisions.The activity takes place within the scope of industrial security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the Torino, Caselle Nord, and Caselle Sud sites, ensuring:The correct application of provisions regarding the protection and safeguarding of classified information.The management of security clearances for personnel at the respective site.The proper implementation of regulations for the national and international movement of classified materials and the organization of transports in coordination with other organizational units.Support for managing classified tenders, contracts, and programs, and compliance with DPCM 5/11/2015 as amended by DPCM n. 3/2017, PCM-ONS directives, and Leonardo's Internal Security Regulations.
