OverviewIndustrial Project Manager – Berluti, part of the LVMH Group. Located in Ferrara, Italy. Permanent position with full-time work mode. Required experience: minimum 5-6 years in project management or an operational role within an industrial context.ResponsibilitiesRealization of global retroplanning for each season and guarantee the proper scheduling of industrialization, prebuys, production, and launches.Coordinate and lead weekly follow-up meetings with all involved functions in HQ and Manifattura to ensure on-time market delivery and target volumes.Manage planning and follow-up of main company projects such as the three-year plan, annual roadmap, budget definition, and transformation projects.Plan key project steps and ensure their completion as scheduled.Organize and coordinate related periodic progress meetings.Communicate project progress and results to the Leather Industrial Director and the Board of Directors.Ensure the consistency and timing of related company presentations.Profile / QualificationsMinimum 5-6 years of experience in Project Management or an operational field in an industrial context.Experience in luxury/fashion is a plus.Master’s degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent experience in the operations field.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive and agile.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Cooperative with strong teamwork and solid communication skills.Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.Additional InformationWorkplace: Manifattura Berluti, Ferrara, Italy.Contract type: Permanent.Required experience: Minimum 5-6 years.Work mode: Full-time.
