Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze financial and operational data related to production processes.
Develop periodic reports to identify significant variations and trends in costs and performance.
Provide strategic support through interpretation of analytical results.
Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
Participate actively in budget planning and control.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and controls.

Location: Lacchiarella (MI)

Requirements

Degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
1-2 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies or consulting firms.
Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
Good knowledge of English.
Able to travel independently.
Attention to detail and precision, ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with various company functions.
