Maintain the design intent and integrity of products assembled in production areas.Key ResponsibilitiesExpert specialized in various areas of production and manufacturing processes within a structured environment (SPS: process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, Pfmea, Cyber Security, etc.).Strongly contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives.What will you do?Implement process and workstation adaptations for existing products to improve industrial performance, using manual, automatic, and PLC processes with SPS techniques and tools.Participate in specifications and quotations for new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet safety, quality, lead time, and productivity requirements.Engage in SIM2 sectors and address barriers promptly.Manage capacity versus workload using tools like iQ simulation, CAMA, and ERP for internal and external lines.Optimize lead times and ensure line capacity.Assist in developing new, feasible, and producible products.Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments tailored to needs.Qualify means and processes both in-house and at suppliers' locations.Manage ramp-up of new productions.Act as a key user for digital manufacturing tools (MES, WMS, IIoT, Cobot) and contribute to the plant's digital transformation.Oversee OT Cybersecurity and industrialization processes, enhancing cyber resilience and protecting the OT network.What will help you succeed?3-4 years of relevant experience.Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What’s in it for you?Permanent contract.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunity to lead and contribute to diverse projects within an international company.Tailored career development paths.Growth through experience and exposure.Inclusive environment supporting potential and performance.Family leave, meal benefits, shareholding plans, welfare programs, health and accident insurance.To be considered, submit an online application.
