We are currently looking for an INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER for our plant in Rovereto (TN) to join our team.About The JobAs Industrial Controller in Sandvik Coromant, you will have the following main responsibilities:Act as a business partnerParticipate in the definition of the industrial strategy, budgeting, planning by providing insights on the financial implications and cost impactAnalyze, clearly explain, and follow up regarding actual results, forecasts and targetsSupport profitability analysisAct as driver for continuous improvement of processes, such as reporting and forecasting accuracyLabor efficiency and stock performance KPI’sOpex analysisCapex management: investment/divestmentPrepare and validate business casesInventories management: cash flow analysisDevelop the financial acumen across the supply chain organization, advise and challenge the different stakeholders to develop their ownership on the financial area and maximize the overall efficiency of our Industrial operationsInterface with central finance and other controllers to improve the reliability and availability of financial reportingAct as local administrative referent on site, providing support to local finance department on topics such as internal recharges to Group, Intrastat, ISTAT data, and dealing with external financial auditorsBe the contact person on site for all customs-related topics and for declarations on products’ country of originAct as local onsite person of reference for Sandvik internal audit processParticipate to the digital finance transformation projectsManage high-volume workload during peak periods, particularly from September to DecemberAbout YouUniversity degree in finance or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years’ experience in the controlling function, in particular with industrial controllingRobust knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles in a production siteStrong analytical skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and relational competenciesItalian native language, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirementAs we act in a truly global organization, high level of independency, ability to work in global matrix organization and within a virtual culturally diverse team is required to perform your best in this role.About UsSANDVIK COROMANT is the world’s leading supplier of tools, tooling solutions, and know-how to the manufacturing industry.
