Currently operating in 20 languages, with 10 more planned this year, AirAdvisor is a fast-growing startup with a clear vision for international expansion, aiming to reach 1 million claims by 2026.Role OverviewWe seek a skilled Solicitor/Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims, primarily through small claims procedures, to lead in-court collections. This role is ideal for those owning or wishing to open their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Pre-court collections are managed by paralegals. You will file batches of court cases to recover compensation and reimburse Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE) or ticket refunds. Our current claims include EU261/UK261 compensation for delays, cancellations, and denied boarding, with baggage claims launching soon.If legal decisions appear unfair, we may escalate efforts to influence law changes, and there may be PR opportunities related to court victories and legal issues for public awareness.
