The application of proprietary methods and technologies, based on FOG (Fiber Optic Gyroscope) and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology, enables the company to best meet the specific needs of its customers.Founded as a start-up in 2012 in Italy, listed company on Euronext Milan since 2022 and now part of Honeywell (acquisition and delisted completed in August 2024).Job SummaryPerform all operations necessary for the handling of materials, receiving and shipping of goods in accordance with the quality requirements outlined in the warehouse management procedure.Responsibilities and DutiesKnow and apply the provisions of the Warehouse Management Procedure, and the documents referenced therein.Perform goods receiving operations (unloading and unpacking) for incoming packages;Perform goods acceptance operations (incoming);Manage documentation of incoming goods;Provide identification, registration and storage of goods in the appropriate department/warehouse and in the company management system, depending on product coding;Manage the physical and managerial handling of materials, inbound, outbound and within the warehouse areas;Manage the preparation of material required by assembly departments (including kitting) and other company areas.Perform packing and shipping operations for goods including managing documentation of outgoing goods as per company procedures.Identify and manage any Non-Compliance for material/documentation, both incoming and outgoing;Participate in the physical counting of goods during warehouse inventory.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work environments.Qualification and SkillsComfortable when working with deadlinesUnderstanding of transportation limitations and regulations of exportPrevious experience in warehouse activities of 3 yearsKnowledge of quality assurance procedures (according to AS/EN 9100)Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)English Language (written and spoken): B2 or greaterWork passion and smart learning attitudeKnow how to use a management softwareHigh School DiplomaAttention to detailStrong time management skillsCommunication skillsAbility to work well with othersOrganisation skillsOptional SkillsKnowledge and use of management software (Microsoft Dynamics Nav software preferred)Knowledge in electronic or mechanical or optical physical basicsExperience with Inertial Navigation Systems logistics issuesExperience in military/aerospace logistics
