Company Description
Synergie Italia S.p.A., a branch in Domodossola, is seeking an important client operating in the sector of manufacturing and trading of masonry structures for interior/exterior use.
Position
The selected candidate will be integrated into one of the technical offices and, following a training and mentoring process, will handle client research and consultative sales of the company's products and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities

Receive installation or maintenance requests from headquarters for companies in the active client portfolio during peak seasons.
Research new clients during the low season, establishing a clear methodology for contact management and appointment organization, and tracking all scouting activities for continuous monitoring of commercial results.
Verify feasibility of projects through site inspections and advise clients accordingly.
Prepare commercial offers following the directives of the Sales Management, including order processing timelines upon confirmation.
Monitor successful and unsuccessful offers, maintaining relationships with clients to understand reasons for success or failure, aiding effective analysis and potential adjustment of conditions.
Check customer satisfaction during post-sale phases to ensure a complete understanding of the sales process.
Achieve sales targets set by management and analyze results for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Commercial aptitude and customer orientation.
Excellent relational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Previous experience in sales.
Technical skills and proficiency in measurement tools for on-site surveys.
Good knowledge of IT tools.
Ability to work towards objectives.
Reliability, precision, and seriousness.

Additional Information
We offer:

Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of direct employment.
Salary and level to be defined during the interview based on experience.
Full-time work, Monday to Friday.
Location: Villadossola (VB).
