For a prominent furniture sector company, we are seeking a Back Office Employee.
The selected candidate will join the sales department, interact with related company departments (purchasing, logistics, production), and be responsible for:
Gathering client needs in collaboration with sales;
Providing consultancy to clients regarding costs, materials, and production and shipping timelines;
Preparing quotes and cost estimates;
Monitoring and managing orders.
Requirements include:
Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics;
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in quoting and costing activities;
Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus;
Excellent Excel skills;
Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Contract offer: a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment; salary starting from €30,000, commensurate with experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00.
Workplace: Petriano (PU).
