Our approach combines seriousness about happiness with warmth, creating the coolest products.JOB PURPOSE :The SSHE Coordinator will be the primary contact for Security, Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) matters within the Go to Market segment of Spain, Italy, France, and Iberia. Responsibilities include overseeing Distribution Centres, Refrigerated Vans, and office environments across these countries. The role focuses on promoting Zero Harm in Safety and zero Category 1 incidents in Environment, with a key focus on Road Safety.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Act as the main SSHE representative for Distribution Centres, Refrigerated Vans, and Office locations in Eastern Europe.Drive the SSHE agenda aligned with company goals of Zero Harm and zero Category 1 incidents.Maintain compliance with SHE systems and relevant regulations.Develop and track SHE improvement plans.Manage risk assessments, actions, and reporting.Conduct SHE audits and analyze data to improve performance.Provide coaching on SHE management practices.Implement road safety initiatives and ensure safety in warehouses and offices.Ensure compliance with SSHE regulations and standards.Develop and deliver SHE training programs.Lead investigations of SSHE incidents.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Fulfill responsibilities for RSPP under local legislation.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field; Cert IV in OH&S or higher qualification.Return to Work qualifications and experience.Strong knowledge of legislation.Excellent computer skills.RSPP Certification is mandatory.Minimum of 10 years in SSHE roles, preferably in supply chain or logistics.Strong knowledge of SSHE regulations, leadership, and communication skills.Relevant SSHE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONUnilever values diversity and encourages applicants from all backgrounds.
