OverviewRINA is currently recruiting for a HW Design Engineer to join its team in L'Aquila within the Electronics and System Engineering Division.MissionWe are looking for an Electronic Designer with specific skills in Signal and Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, and excellent knowledge of the Siemens HyperLynx tool and one of the 3D EM simulation tools (HFSS, CST).Key AccountabilitiesThe activity involves the following tasks :Interfacing with customerPrelayout analysis of high-speed buses in intraboard and multiboard scenarios3D EM simulations for the design and optimization of PCB sectionsSupport for routing engineers to comply with manufacturer guidelinesPost-layout signal and power integrity simulationsReport generation to support Gerber reviews of the various PCBs that comprise the device.EducationBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering GeneralQualificationsProfessional level :In-depth knowledge of signal and power integrity concepts, as well as the issues related to high-speed signals and power distribution on a printed circuit board (PCB).Responsibilities include project activities related to the design and layout verification of high-performance PCBs using electromagnetic simulation software.
