For more information, visit HONOR online at HONOR Italia.About the RoleResponsibilities:Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, collecting and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding, and training.Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, assist with departure procedures, and generate HR reports.Employee Relations Coordination: Address employee concerns and participate in organizing team-building activities.Legal Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and assist with legal matters like labor contracts.HR Service Provider Management: Communicate with external HR providers, verify invoices, and process payments.Qualifications:HR work experience in the consumer electronics or mobile sales industry.Ability to quickly understand and fulfill business needs.Ownership of HR issues and proactive resolution.Commitment to HR best practices and continuous improvement.Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving HR trends.Required Skills:Experience in the mobile industry with understanding of business needs and recruitment processes.Proficiency in negotiations related to HR services.Legal awareness of labor risks and experience in drafting contracts.Strong analytical skills to assess HR requirements and advise procurement.Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in Italian and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.HONOR values diversity and inclusion, aiming to build teams with varied backgrounds and perspectives.
