The Role
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources operations in Italy.

Implement HR policies aligned with Group standards and ensure compliance with Italian labor law.
Lead onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Advise management and employees on HR matters, labor law, and employment policies.
Oversee employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
Promote a collaborative, value‑driven organisational culture.

The Person

3+ years’ experience in HR management, ideally within the renewable energy or power generation sector.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development across regional or multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning to support business growth and compliance.
