For our international client, a leader in the logistics industry, we are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP).The HRBP will be responsible for managing HR operations at several warehouses located in Lombardia.Responsibilities include:Daily management of HR operations, serving as the interface with the business;Managing employee relations and industrial relations topics;Collaborating closely with the business to support organizational changes, mitigate people-related risks, and optimize costs;Partnering with Learning & Development on leadership empowerment initiatives;Facilitating the implementation of special projects tailored to specific business needs, supporting line managers;Delivering HR plans, policies, and procedures.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as an HR Plant or HR Business Partner in a multinational or complex environment, preferably within manufacturing industries;Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics;Strong experience in industrial relations;Skills in negotiation, project leadership, and team management.
