Our customers range from local enterprises and project developers to large international power producers and grid operators.To strengthen our capabilities in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), we are looking for a student passionate about sustainability and workplace safety to join our HSE team at the Vestas Blades Italia production plant in Taranto.The HSE department is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the factory.As an intern, you will work closely with our HSE professionals, operations team, and other key stakeholders across the factory. The department embraces a collaborative and inclusive culture, where teamwork, learning, and communication are at the core of what we do.ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in the daily work of the HSE department, contributing to both strategic and operational tasks related to health, safety, and environmental management. Your tasks may include:Supporting the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and proceduresParticipating in workplace safety inspections and auditsAssisting in risk assessments and incident investigationsContributing to the development of safety awareness campaigns and training materialsSupporting waste management, sustainability, and environmental reporting activitiesPerforming data analysis and reporting on HSE KPIsProviding support on ad hoc tasks across different departments with a focus on safety and environmentYou Will Also Have The Opportunity To Learn AboutISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standardsBest practices in incident prevention and root cause analysisRegulatory compliance in industrial HSE contextsContinuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental sustainabilityQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
