Location: Buttrio (UD) with high availability for long-term on-site assignments.
Responsibilities

Direct management of HSE processes on site
Implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration with the HSE Manager and the Prevention Service Officer to implement strategies
Monitoring operational activities and associated risks
Review project contractual documentation and legislative compliance analysis
Integrate, when necessary, Danieli's health and safety management procedures with applicable regulations or client standards
Keep the Safety Operational Plan up to date
Draft and update the emergency and evacuation plan
Manage initial training activities for all personnel accessing the site
Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with Danieli staff and subcontractors
Manage emergency drills and site evacuation tests
Implement the Work Permit and Isolation system on site during commissioning
Properly manage incident reporting and conduct investigations into the causes of incidents

Technical Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Health and Safety Sciences, or a diploma in Industrial Technology or Surveying
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational HSE management within metalworking production environments or industrial construction sites
Specific HSE training: RSPP course (Ateco 4), NIOSH qualification or other international certification
Excellent command of the English language
