About the role
We are looking for a HSE Specialist for our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice/Milan.
How you’ll make an impact

Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.
Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organizational and government standards related to employee health and safety and environmental conditions.
Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
Conduct risk assessments.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related HSE field.
Previous work experience (2‑3 years) in HSE management.
Interest in the industrial field.
Proactivity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Fluency in Italian and English, both oral and written.
