OverviewFor our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice / Milan we are looking for an HSE Specialist.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement policies and practices to identify / mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.Provide advice and training on safety protocols.Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE managementInterest for the industrial field.Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skillsYou are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.More about usWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
