Responsibilities

Improve, implement, monitor and update the BU HSE activities in terms of procedures, risk assessment, emergency plans, management system certification, and training.
Support HSE activities during customer audits and site visits.
Create reporting for accidents and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Support awareness and behavioral-based safety by providing training and promoting safety meetings.
Minimize risk within the area of responsibility.
Support tender preparation and startup in HSE issues.
Manage and improve risk assessments and emergency planning (according to applicable regulations, e.g., DLgs81 / 08).
Support local managers in H&S management of unsafe acts / conditions / near misses / incidents and injuries.

What we need from you

Bachelor / Master Degree in Safety Engineering or similar field.
2 years of experience within HSE departments of manufacturing or supply chain industries.
Training as RSPP according to legal requirements.
Certified auditor according to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001).
Excellent in Excel and MS Office.
Good knowledge of Power BI.
Good knowledge of English.
