The simplicity of the process, as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipment, opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market.Today, we are looking for a :Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist with minimum experience in the role and a deep desire to actively contribute to the energy transition industry.We count on you for :Supporting Energy Dome in its growth and challenges, bringing fresh ideas and a courageous critical spirit.Being remarkable in your role, growing your knowledge, and becoming a reliable reference point for the whole company.You can count on us for :Being part of and contributing to a once-in-a-lifetime journey within an innovative company with groundbreaking technology that will change the world.Enjoying a dynamic, international, and young team with company perks such as carbon-free bonuses, welfare, sustainable team buildings, professional training, and more!Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systemsDrafting procedures, operating instructions, forms, and registers to support processesObtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certifications and compliance with international standardsSupporting corporate HSE initiativesEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and training plansVerifying legal compliance related to physical assets and workplacesConducting workplace inspections and coordinating risk mitigation actionsEnsuring proper waste management and environmental protection compliancePromoting continuous improvement in QHSE practicesSupporting quality issues in projects and processesParticipating in supplier validation and performance monitoringAssisting in defining KPIs and quality control plansSupporting contractors and technical teams in quality control phasesPreparing operational records and quality documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in scientific or management fields1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in renewable energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectorsFluency in Italian and professional EnglishGenuine interest in clean technologies and energy transitionPersonal SkillsAttention to detail with the ability to see the big pictureCuriosity and willingness to learn and challenge existing ideasAssertiveness, courage, and agility; autonomous with an entrepreneurial spiritCompany Culture and OpportunitiesEnergy Dome is a young, fast-growing company offering opportunities for technical and managerial growth, with responsibilities and potential for vertical and horizontal career development based on individual and company performance.
