Noi offriamoYou are our new HSE OFFICER for our open positions throughout Italy (various construction sites/plants) in the Oil & Gas/Energy/Infrastructure/Construction sectors.We offerJoining a solid environment focused on sustainability and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of HSE activities on construction sites and/or production facilitiesVerification and updating of documentation (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC)Monitoring compliance with Italian HSE regulations and company procedures on construction sites and plantsParticipation in audits, inspections, technical meetings, and investigations into near-misses, accidents, and non‑compliance, proposing corrective and preventive actionsManage and monitor HSE KPIs, reporting, and mandatory documentationManage non‑compliance and improvement plansCollaborate with HSE Managers, Project Managers, and contractors to ensure compliance and operational standardsProvide training and awareness to internal staff and subcontractorsWho we're looking forDegree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or similar, or a technical diploma in environmental, engineering, or safety disciplines (Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or similar)ASPP qualification (modules A and B) would be a plusAt least 1 year of experience in HSE, preferably in contexts such as O&G, construction sitesKnowledge and expertise in Legislative Decree 81/08, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001Good command of digital tools and software for HSE managementAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams and in dynamic environmentsGood knowledge of English (written and spoken)Availability to travel nationallyExcellent command of ItalianA key role, responsible for ensuring the implementation of company health, safety, and environmental policies within the waste sorting plant. The role supports the Plant Manager and Operations Management in monitoring safety conditions, environmental management, and promoting a culture of prevention.With good transversal skills such as:Excellent communication and teamwork skillsProblem‑solving and proactivityAbility to analyze and manage riskAbility to interact in multi‑stakeholder contextsThe location indicated (Viggiano) refers only to the office address.
