Overview
Lead Health Safety and Environment (HSE) activities for KVI sites across Italy and Europe :
Responsibilities

Guarantee compliance with local legislation company policies and project-specific HSE standards.
Coordinate HSE management plans and deliverables with HSE professionals.
Conduct regular project audits and site inspections.
Deliver ongoing training and information sessions on HSE topics to relevant staff.
Investigate HSE incidents perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering or safety or another scientific field.
5 years experience as HSE Manager in Construction and Commissioning projects.
Solid understanding of HSE management systems and standards including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and strong knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Excellent communication skills persuasive and enduring personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Italian and English.
