Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the top global engineering contractors.Availability to spend extended periods abroad on construction projects is an essential requirement.Activity & Main ResponsibilitiesThe HSE Manager is appointed for major projects, including consortiums or ATI. They report to the Site Manager and are responsible for the following duties:Support and monitor the implementation of Tecnimont's HSE Policy and Management System at the site.Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, and prepare revisions as needed.Update HSE documentation throughout all construction phases as necessary.Ensure subcontractors perform activities in accordance with all applicable HSE procedures, regulations, and standards, promoting necessary actions for compliance.Organize, plan, and participate in periodic HSE walkarounds, inspections, and audits; prepare reports, action plans, and verify follow-up and corrective actions.Coordinate and organize HSE training activities on site.Participate in all relevant site HSE meetings.Collaborate with the client regarding work permits.Investigate work accidents to identify corrective measures to prevent recurrence.Maintain accident records and identify areas requiring preventive action.Promote personnel training and indoctrination.Lead and coordinate the Site HSE Committee activities.Lead and coordinate the site emergency response and fire prevention teams, organizing training and drills.Prepare HSE sections of monthly progress reports and other periodic reports.Update and analyze Site HSE statistics, comparing performance against project and corporate HSE objectives, targets, and indicators. Propose recovery plans in case of mismatches.Knowledge & QualificationsRequired skills:Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or relevant Engineering discipline.Minimum of 8 years' experience in construction, specifically in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry involving heavy construction sites with mechanical, electrical, and piping installations.Knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and lockout/tagout requirements.Client-focused approach.
