Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group ranks among the top global engineering contractors.Availability to spend periods abroad on construction projects is a mandatory requirement.Activity & Main ResponsibilitiesThe HSE Manager is appointed for major projects and in cases of Consortium or ATI. Reporting to the Site Manager, the HSE Manager's duties include:Supporting and monitoring the implementation of Tecnimont's HSE Policy and Management System at the site.Performing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participating in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Verifying the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, and preparing revisions as needed.Updating HSE documentation throughout all construction phases as necessary.Ensuring subcontractors perform activities in accordance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations, and standards, and promoting compliance.Organizing, planning, and participating in periodic HSE walks, inspections, and audits; preparing reports and action plans; verifying follow-up and timely execution of corrective actions.Coordinating HSE training activities on site.Participating in all relevant HSE meetings.Collaborating with the client on issuing necessary work permits.Investigating work accidents to identify corrective measures to prevent recurrence.Maintaining accident records and identifying areas for preventive action.Promoting personnel training and indoctrination.Leading and coordinating the Site HSE Committee activities.Managing the site emergency response and fire prevention teams, organizing training and drills.Preparing HSE sections of monthly progress and other periodic reports.Updating Site HSE Statistics, and verifying performance against project and corporate HSE objectives, targets, and indicators.Propose recovery plans in case of mismatches.Knowledge & QualificationsYour skills are:An undergraduate degree in Construction Management or relevant Engineering discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries involving heavy construction sites with mechanical, electrical, and piping installations.Knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and lockout requirements.A client-focused approach.
