Then come work with us and be part of MSC’s family!RoleHRIS SpecialistResponsibilitiesHRIS Data GovernanceIn alignment with the strategy defined by the Program Management with the main stakeholders and framed by the Pulse team, take care of the following activities:Copy down: manage and follow up the copy down from CSOD Production to test environments and relevant post copy down activitiesCore HR (CHR): maintain the current setup, upgrade it when necessary, build possible new reports if required, keep the documentation up to dateEmployee Engagement Survey (EES): set up every campaign, maintain and upgrade the setup, build relevant reportsRecruitment (ATS): contribute to data managementPerformance (EPM): contribute to data managementAbsence (ABS): contribute to data managementContribute to prepare and deliver presentations / demo / trainings on various data aspectsEdays AdministrationIn alignment with the strategy defined by the Program Management with the main stakeholder and framed by the Pulse team, administer the product to meet the business needs in the following main areas:Rollout: setup Edays Pilot and Production to ensure successful implementation of the solution in new entitiesRun: identify and perform the necessary setup adjustments for new years, setup local bank holidays, carryover, etc.Maintenance: assess the need and perform the assignment of the appropriate roles to new local admins, create new roles, enable new features, etc.Support: timely treat the incidents / requests and escalate possible issues to EdaysR&D: search, test and implement new functionalities, aiming to continuous improvementProblem solving: full assessment of observed issues, prompt reaction in coordination with the other parties involvedIntegration with CSOD HRIS: monitor, maintain and improveEnvironments management: request and follow-up copy downs, explore new releases, etc.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferably with major course work in information systems, human resources, business process analysisHR and IT processes deep understandingCornerstone (CSOD) administration knowledge and Core certification is a strong advantageAdministration and certifications on other HR systems can helpEdays administration knowledge (or other Absence Management system) is a strong advantageStrong problem-solving and research & development attitudeVery good analytical and time management skillsVery good data analysis skillsVery good communication skills - both verbal and written - in EnglishStrong customer orientationDemonstrated organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely mannerPositive attitude, resilience, enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and teamworkWish to continuously learnAbility to capitalize from experience / lessons learned to propose improvementsProficient in the latest web technologies and strong knowledge of various operating systemsWhat We OfferWe offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.Moreover, MSC Technology Italy fosters a culture of innovation and wellbeing by simultaneously pursuing various initiatives.
