We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing site and support the HR Director in driving recruitment, onboarding, and HR performance analysis activities.You’ll play a key role in attracting and integrating new talent, enhancing employee experience, and monitoring key HR metrics to support business decisions.ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end recruitment for both white‑ and blue‑collar roles, from job posting to onboarding.Partner with line managers to identify needs and ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring compliance with company and safety standards.Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, time‑to‑hire, training hours, headcount trends) to drive continuous improvement.Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support management decisions.Support HR planning, training initiatives, and policy implementation at plant level.Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and the CCNL Gomma Plastica.Handle employee relations and disciplinary issues while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related fields.3+ years’ experience in HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing context.Strong background in talent acquisition and data‑driven HR processes.Familiarity with HRIS tools and Excel/Power BI for data analysis.Proactive, curious, and passionate about making an impact through HR.Business mindset and consulting approach.Problem‑solving, active listening and confidentiality.Fluent in Italian, with good English skills appreciated.About UsAMMEGA is a multinational company with headquarters in 40 countries.
