HRBP – Turin (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) role at WSP in Italia
Overview
An exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join the dynamic team in Turin/Milan, driving impactful change and shaping a more sustainable future. WSP is a world‑leading engineering company specializing in the environment, energy, infrastructure, transport and buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the migration of ERP systems (Horizon, Workday, Oracle, or SAP) ensuring seamless process transitions, effective change management, and close stakeholder engagement.
Proactively manage day‑to‑day HR operations, driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful value to the business and its people.
Act as the first contact point for the country offices to provide operational HR service within budget, reporting to the HR Director Southern Region.
Lead the learning & development process for internal business units, offering day‑to‑day HR advice and managing employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Handle the full lifecycle of HR management – recruiting, onboarding, training, contract management, staff communications, compliance, employee relations, and termination.
Participate in global‑level HR projects and support visa, expatriate management, and payroll administration.
Partner with business leaders to align people & organisation initiatives with business strategy.
Qualifications
5–8 years of proven experience in change management and adapting to ERP system automation (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
Strong background in HR operations, HR disciplines, and employment law.
Experience in multicultural, international generalist HR roles within fast‑moving, changing environments.
Fluency in English and ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
