Come build with us!ResponsibilitiesPeople Business Partner:Provide expert and well-reasoned HR advice and ensure that all people activities are managed in line with The Bloc Culture and Values, policy and local regulations and standards.Act as sparring partner for senior leaders advising and supporting them on all relevant HR topics: policies, procedures, legal requirements, salary negotiations, career development, etc... making sure this links into the agency standards.Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.Coordinate training plans, training manuals or other learning material for employees. Identify development opportunities and create plans to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with employee needs.Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are integrated effectively into the agency culture.Foster diversity and inclusion and contribute to rolling out global initiatives at site level.Participate or lead HR projects aligned, among others, with our objectives of digitalization and simplification.Support EU People Director in legal issues.Payroll specialist:Manage all activities related to the personnel administration and payroll service, ensuring their accuracy, correct timing and application of legal obligations.Act as the primary contact with external payroll providers, submitting data for the monthly payroll process, reviewing preliminary reports, and approving the final version of payslips.Manage contracts and documentation relating to the hiring, onboarding and offboarding (letters of employment, extensions, transformations, disciplinary and exit agreements).Process workforce lifecycle changes and data entry such as personal data, employment contracts, compensation pack, promotions, and benefits and updates by ensuring accuracy in HR and attendance systems.Support the EU People Director in monitoring the evolution and planning of the workforce, the elaboration of the budget and forecast of labour costs and the analysis of the relative variances in the final balance phase, the bonus calculation and payment and related documentation pack.Supervise all administrative activities relating to types of absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104 and accidents in accordance with our CCNL.Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports based on payroll data, including statistical reports and KPIs.RequirementsAt least 5 years working experience in managing complex and / or high-volume processesDegree in HR, Legal, Economics or similarA deep understanding of the labour law and Italian Commerce CCNL regulationsA proven track record of hands-on experience in legal compliance related to payroll & benefits processesProfessional level in English and ItalianFamiliarity with Zucchetti is a plusWhat other skills are essential to fit this role 100%?Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.Hands-on approach, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent administrative and organizational abilitiesFlexible mindset with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentEnjoy what you do!The Bloc provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
