HRIT People are working with a Global Organisation with operations in 15 countries, sales in over 90 countries, and over 7,000 employees. The leadership team is searching for an internal HR Systems Manager / Functional Architect to lead a small team of internal HRIS Professionals and further develop the SAP SuccessFactors System globally. This position is to be located in Milan, the team works mainly remotely but meets close to Milan 2-3 times per month, the position also requires global travel of up to 25%. There can be flexibility here.As the HRIS Lead and Architect, you will spearhead both strategic and technical initiatives for executing, and sustaining the organization’s HRIS System SAP SuccessFactors. This position requires collaboration with HR, IT, and other departments to understand the company’s HR needs and convert them into efficient HRIS solutions.The Position :Lead the functional design of SuccessFactors solutions across various modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Succession Planning.Provide architecture direction to ensure scalable and sustainable SuccessFactors implementations.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SuccessFactors solutions to meet those needs.Lead the deployment of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring integration with other enterprise applicationsWork closely with business leaders, HR departments, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutionsAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.Conduct regular system audits and propose enhancements.Lead a team of 3+ HRIS Professionals, mentoring, Developing and helping on a daily basisExperience Required :Minimum of 6+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including at least 3-5 years in a functional architect or senior consultant role.Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, etc.) and their integrations.Ideally People Management Experience and ability to lead and motivate an internal global team of 3-4 professionals.Proven experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and SAP HCM solutions.Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration.Experience working with Data & Third Party integrationsStrong Stakeholder Management and influence experience, with an ability to talk to and build trusting relationships with all levels of employees.Fluent English Language and (secondary Language as a bonus)Compensation : 70,000 EUR Per Year + CAR & BonusNext steps?Apply today, or send us an email toIn response to the increasing global demand for businesses to deploy efficient HR / IT systems, our niche recruitment knowledge and extensive experience within the HR / IT community have enabled us to establish reliable connections with professionals across Europe.We successfully collaborate with small enterprises to large corporations across various industries, including Automotive, Manufacturing, Technology, Media, Government, Banking, and Insurance.
