The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing core HR processes and supporting the development of a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic automotive context.
Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
Develop and implement employer branding activities, fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance visibility and attract talent.
Support performance review cycles and assist in implementing training and development programs.
Contribute to HR policy development and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolving HR‑related issues.
Coordinate Health & Safety activities, including compliance checks and employee training.
Handle day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights and analytics to management as required.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate payroll processing when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in automotive industry.
Able to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
