We are looking for an HR Specialist with experience in structured contexts who will be the reference point for HR issues of the production plants.In particular, he/she will be involved in the following activities:Support managers in the management and development of plant personnel;Collect and analyse the plants' workforce needs;Monitor and supervise the correct implementation of labour and company regulations, acting as a local point of reference for HR processes;Manage local Trade Union Relations;Manage disciplinary actions;Manage relations with temporary employment companies (APL);Requirements:Economics/Law degree + master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred);At least 2/3 years' experience in HR roles gained in structured manufacturing contexts, where the main HR issues relating to union and disciplinary management and development have been examined;Passion and a strong interest in working within an industrial framework together with dealing with grievances, HR issues and Unions;Previous work experience in the mechanical industry preferredGood knowledge of English language;Advanced use of Office suite and strong attitude for HR IT systems (Zucchetti preferred);Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad;Workplace: Reggiolo (RE)
