Job DescriptionThe HR Solutions & Processes Expert plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR operating model across Generali Investments. This role is responsible for the centralized orchestration of HR processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with strategic business goals. A key focus will be on redesigning HR processes in light of the Workday implementation and acting as a strategic liaison between the wider GIH HR central team and the HR teams across GBEs (Generali Business Entities).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end coordination of core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation review, talent development) across the Generali Investments platformMonitor process adherence and quality across GBEs, identifying areas for improvement and harmonizationRedesign and optimize HR processes to align with the capabilities and best practices enabled by WorkdayCollaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of redesigned processes into the Workday platformAct as a subject matter expert on process simplification, automation, and digital enablementServe as the primary interface between the GIH Center of Expertise and local HR teams to ensure smooth execution of the HR cycleFacilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management initiatives to support local adoption of global HR processesCollect feedback from GBEs to inform continuous improvement and customization of HR solutionsDefine and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processesPromote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedbackRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in HR operations, transformation, or process design roles, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environmentProven experience with Workday or similar HRIS platformsStrong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographiesPreferred SkillsExperience in asset management or financial services HR environments is a plusFamiliarity with HR operating models, including CoE, HRBP, and Shared Services structuresAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insightsFluency in English; Italian or other European languages are a plusCompany ProfileGenerali is one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
