Main responsibilities
Sourcing and selection of candidates
Participation in Career Days
Management of company visits for students
Support for Employer Branding activities
Management of Welcome Day for new employees
Relationship with temporary employment agencies (APL)
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written) – our selection process includes a telephone language check;
Knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French or German is a plus.
Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues;
Excellent organizational skills, precision and results orientation;
Proactivity;
Excellent public speaking skills;
Ability to work under pressure.
