HR People & Communication Specialist – Temporary Contract

What You’ll Do
Internal & External Communication: Craft engaging messages and campaigns that connect our people and strengthen our brand inside and out.
Employer Branding: Contribute to projects that showcase our culture and help HAVI become an employer of choice.
Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate experience, and onboard new hires during HAVI Days.
Training Administration: Coordinate training sessions, manage schedules, and ensure everything runs seamlessly for employee development.
Employee Engagement: Lead our annual employee survey process and related initiatives that keep the workplace vibrant and connected.
HR Systems, Processes & Data Management: Keep our processes running smoothly on our people system SuccessFactors platform.
What we’re looking for
Education: A degree in Economics or Humanities – passion for People & Communication is key.
Language: English at C1 level – confidence is essential in an international environment.
Experience: At least 6 months in HR or related fields – ready to grow fast.
Core: Curious, proactive, full of ideas. Passion for learning and connecting with people.
Skills: A mix of precision and creativity – HR is about details AND great experiences.
Attitude: Passion for People topics, positive mindset, drive to make an impact.
