Your Role
Your key duties and responsibilities

Design and maintain organizational structures to support business objectives and workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to analyze staffing needs and optimize team configurations.
Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and role redefinition.
Develop and update job descriptions and competency frameworks in line with company standards.
Monitor headcount, organizational charts, and reporting lines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide data-driven insights and reports on organizational effectiveness and workforce distribution.
Provide cross-functional support to management in drafting company policies.
Define standards for business processes and oversee the updating and implementation of these processes.
Assist in implementing HR policies and processes related to organizational design and talent management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational projects and initiatives.
Stay informed on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR strategy.

Other Duties: We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Required

Master’s degree in engineering or a quantitative field (preferably with honors)
Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well within a team and relate effectively with all levels of organization
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to identify, represent and optimize business processes
Strong analytical mindset and excellent data representation skills
Aptitude for using HR/Organizational Information Systems
With a “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
