What you will do
Responsibilities
Your scope: HR operations Italy & Nordics (UK, Sweden, Netherlands)
Manage employees' inquiries through a ticketing system (Jira)
Manage employees files and administration
Coordinate local onboardings, trainings & offboardings
Swiftly administrate our HRIS (Workday) and ensure we have a neat, updated employee database
Liaise with our payroll specialists to supervise pay processes (in charge of all type of variables)
Supervise time off management, leaves, benefits & rewards
Continuously improve processes: faster, better, stronger
Provide support to the HR Business Partner and the business leaders in these markets
Act as liaison between employees and HR Business Partners to understand needs and solutions along with policy alignment as appropriate
Prepare HR reports
Take initiative to research questions and interprets policies where clear-cut procedures do not exist
You will report directly to the HR operations director and will be part of the Global HR operations team which covers the 13 countries of TheFork.
Who you are
2 years of experience in the HR field
Bachelor's Degree in human resource management, law, business
Rigorous, curious & detail oriented
Open minded, adaptable, with a passion for continuously listening, processing, solving
Tech savvy: use of a HRIS, Google drive, Pack office, Notion
With outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Italian
With professional level of English
