We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an HR Manager. The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate:The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the companyA true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagementExperience with rapid and complex changing work environmentCoaching and mentoring at management levelSuccess in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programsBeing an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentThe ability to be a flexible, communicative leader with driveThe ability to manage a high-volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"A strong solutions focus and the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions in a high-deliverables environmentStrong internal and external customer service focusThe ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and remain results-orientedBias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellenceAbility to interface at all levels of the organizationExperience writing and facilitating written recommendations on HR or business topics with data to support recommendationsPassion for innovative HR solutions and process improvementExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsBasic QualificationsA completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experienceResume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 7+ years5+ Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports5+ Prior experience supporting hourly employee client groups (distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)5+ Experience in labor / employee relationsFully bilingual (English & Spanish)Experience in Labor/Employee RelationsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree or MBA in HRM preferredAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
