You will work closely with the local leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers on daily operations, employee development, HR priorities in alignment with the overall business strategy, and HR policies.Keep up to date with local employment law changes to ensure the company maintains complianceAdvise managers on any HR topic regarding their teamBuild trusted relationships with employees through engagement practices to help guide them through global and local change and to promote a high level of employee morale and engagementRecruitment: support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needsPartnering: Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs, and others, for line managers and employees locally. Driving organisational change management projects at local levelData management & quality: Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local and global policyEmployee Development: Support the Directors in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related projects. Manage learning & development needs locallyDrive employee relations and legal & social processesTake on a 'champion' role to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and policies within Italy to ensure a global alignment in parallel with country specific regulationsManage and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and other key processesQualifications and ExperienceThe Ideal HR ManagerUniversity Degree in relevant area, knowledge and expertise in employment law;Fluent in English, both verbal and written;Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company;Strong knowledge of labor law in Italy, desirable in Spain;Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team;Experience with Workday;Have a proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels;Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations;Strong organizational skills;Who are Exclusive Networks?Why work for usWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
