You'll lead a geographically dispersed HR team, advise senior stakeholders, and help shape a best-in-class employee experience during a crucial phase of growth and transformation.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and support a small, agile HR team distributed across multiple regions, providing day-to-day guidance and strategic directionAct as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving people strategy, engagement, and organisational change initiativesProvide expert support on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with EMEA employment laws and practicesDeliver and manage key HR transformation projects, including onboarding enhancements, internal communications, and policy developmentLead improvements to internal HR systems and platforms to support a scalable, efficient People functionDesign and deliver practical training workshops for managers on topics such as performance management, employee relations, and talent developmentEnsure all HR policies and procedures remain compliant with local employment legislation across multiple jurisdictionsConduct regular HR audits and manage investigations to ensure consistent and fair application of policiesSupport succession planning and internal talent development by contributing to the design and execution of strategic people initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a global HR leadershiprole within a fast-paced, scaling, matrixed business.Track record of managing and developing HR teams.Strong understanding of EMEA employment law.A proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.If you’re an experienced HR leader ready to take on a global challenge with real impact please apply now
