A better future?Key TasksManage labor relations with employees, ensuring compliance with current regulations and laws, and coordinate with internal and external representatives.Monitor and evaluate employees on staffing contracts.Maintain relations with external entities such as Labor Inspectorate, social security, mutual, insurance and accident institutions, Public Order Authorities, and relevant Industrial Associations.Supervise administrative activities related to payroll and HR services.Ensure compliance with SOX and IATF regulations, especially regarding customer-specific requirements.Adhere to national collective bargaining agreements.Act as the focal point for the HR Service Center.Support meetings with RSUs and manage bargaining issues.Define performance bonuses in collaboration with the plant RSU, finance, and according to KPIs and collective agreements.Coordinate with the Plant Manager and HR Director to plan and manage plant human resources strategically.Set objectives and indicators for the HR function in partnership with the Plant Manager and HR Director, monitoring progress systematically.Work with hiring managers to define profile characteristics and oversee recruitment processes.Ensure coaching conversations are conducted and integrated into training plans.Assist in drafting training needs plans, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies.Collaborate with finance on personnel budgeting and cost analysis, including FTE/hc analysis, vacation accrual, and restructuring plans.Key RequirementsUniversity degree in HR or related field; a Master's in HR is a plus.Fluency in English and Italian.Experience leading HR departments in manufacturing environments, preferably in automotive.Experience working in an international setting, with US experience being advantageous.
