Job SummaryJOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilitiesReporting to the Vice President, Talent Development Partner EUME, The Manager, Talent Development Partner based in Milan will serve as the HR business partner supporting all Talent initiatives across the EU Region. As an HR Generalist, this employee will keep a "pulse" on our employee population, culture, and dynamics across the region, developing strong talent solutions to support our business.Support and communicate policies and procedures across the EU Region. Manage risk and ensure legal compliance by staying current with regional regulatory environments.Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits on all new hire and leaver administration across the EU Region.Support initiatives that promote an open and positive work environment. Drive consistency in the execution of Talent Policies and Practices across the EU Region.Implement, maintain, and evolve employee programs, policies, and procedures across the EU Region.Proactively address employee relations and conduct balanced investigations across the EU Region.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across the region, partnering with line managers on processing information via Workday.Evaluate and recommend improvements in talent development at both associate and leadership levels, primarily in Italy and supporting the EU Region.Facilitate talent management processes (year-end, mid-year, goal setting, calibrations, compensation reviews) and coach client groups on evaluating, motivating, and leading talent effectively.Support delivery of talent development initiatives across the region.Own recruitment activities in Italy and across the EU Region as needed.Provide HR support in organizational change initiatives.Ensure accuracy of employee data (e.g., holiday balances), produce reports, and implement strategic solutions for cost-effective outcomes.Handle administrative tasks related to starters, leavers, and employment changes across the Region.Support ad hoc projects for the Vice President TDP, maintaining communication and actions related to events in Milan Corporate and Italy retail.To Land This RoleMinimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail talent or HR. Experience in fashion or hospitality is desirable.Well-versed in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational design.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all levels internally and externally.Strong commercial judgment, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to make timely decisions.Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities and multiple tasks.Ability to influence others.Experience managing employee relations issues and handling confidential information.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proficient with candidate sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and adaptable to new technology.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French and German is a plus.Willingness to travel within the region.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementTory Burch LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, providing equal opportunities regardless of age, race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender expression, military status, marital status, genetic predisposition, disability, or other protected classes.
