ResponsibilitiesResponsible for a range of activities, from transactional to support of large projects within different locations / countries / regionsIndependently handle various processes in the employee life cycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, changes, promotions, parental leaves and other leaves, etc.) ensuring all information and required supporting documentation is on file and is submitted to payroll on a timely mannerManage relocation and transfer processes including visa applications where applicable, payroll transfers, etc.Have a good understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policiesHigh level of autonomy when answering queries from employees and managersAdminister different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policiesApply compliance knowledge to protect the Company from possible liabilities / risksMaintain compliance with the assigned countries' regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc.) to protect the Company from possible liabilities / risksAssist with the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures in all the necessary regionsProactively work with local legal advisors when necessary to obtain any necessary guidance required for the company's operationsWith support of the Employee Relations Team or other senior colleagues, process employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed.
