OverviewTo support our internal staff in achieving challenging goals in terms of Group growth.We are looking for a HR Generalist Jr to be inserted in our HR function in Piombino Dese, reporting to the HRBP Manager.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, identifying the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelinesAccurate management and monitoring of the recruiting process: from scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, to planning telephone interview and manage the technical interview with the managersCreate onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulationsIntermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelinesProvide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers all employee-relations mattersProvide monthly report to the HR function and management (if required).
