HR Cost Controlling & Reward Manager at Fedrigoni Group
As Fedrigoni Self‑Adhesives HR Cost Controlling & Reward Manager, reporting directly to the Fedrigoni Self‑Adhesives HR Director, you will play a critical role in driving results through effective cost control, reward management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct labor demand analysis and workforce forecasting to develop strategic staffing plans, collaborating with Finance to support budgeting and forecasting throughout the year.
Design and implement reward policies, including job roles, pay programs, incentives, and benefits, ensuring fair and transparent compensation and compliance with the EU Directive; conduct gender pay gap analysis.
Partner with HR Business Partners in Self‑Adhesives to collect needs, assess feasibility, and provide data to guide decisions.
Generate and interpret workforce data and insights to support HR and business decisions (e.g., turnover, diversity), and develop dashboards to monitor key HR metrics.
Analyze workforce data, forecast future staffing needs, and develop rewarding strategies to optimize employee performance and productivity, aligning workforce capabilities with business goals.
Develop and manage the workforce and labor cost budget, including forecasting personnel expenses, monitoring costs, variance analysis, cost recharges, and detailed monitoring of both direct and fixed labor costs, as well as HR non‑FTE costs.
Design and implement total rewards programs, including salary reviews, mandatory increases, incentives, and job architecture, and manage the MBO program and profit‑sharing plans (PdR) in Italy and other countries.
Provide HR planning and labor cost expertise to support business unit initiatives and strategic projects, such as Lean Manufacturing and other operational improvements.
Attitudes and Skills We’re Looking For
Proven experience in workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Workday or similar platforms.
